HCO’s establish the HCAs’ / caregiver schedule, compensate for time off or sick days, and can provide a replacement registered HCA /caregiver when necessary.

Non-medical home care services, also known as caregiving services are services provided by a registered home care aide / caregiver to an individual who may require assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) because of advanced age and or physical / mental disability. Non-medical home care services enables an individual to remain in his or her own residence.
A senior placement agency provides placement services to seniors by working directly with them or with the senior’s family, evaluating their specific situation to determine which senior living community / facility is best for them and that matches their overall needs.
Traditional Medicare does not pay for non-medical care. As for Medicaid, it pays for non-medical home care, home health care, and other in-home support to help individuals remain living in their homes. However, Medicaid rules are state-specific, and therefore, eligibility and benefits differ in every state.
We do not require any long-term contract. However, we do require a signed service agreement that covers the condition and terms of our services, fees, guidelines, responsibilities, and obligations between Silver Peaks LLC and the client / client’s legal representative.
Our system enables us to accommodate same day discharges and short notice senior placement service requests. We have a large pool of staff and screened affiliated senior living communities/facilities, enabling us to provide services within 4 hours of a service request.
